Ra`alloy manufacture aluminium concert staging from our own Rapistage modular system or to the clients own staging specification.

Our Rapistage system is a heavy duty, long lasting system that is great for permanent staging, stage extentions and touring. Manufactured in flat panels the sides can span up to 3 metres  and still maintain a Safe Working Load of 7.5 kn. sq,metreStandard units of 8` x 4` and 8` x 8` modules are also available.

Fundemental in the Rapideck design is the fact that all side panels connect to a single leg, therefore one leg supports four panels and minimises the amount of legs required.

The structure is fully adjustable in height and offers quick installation, as all panels virtually self level.

The surface of the platform is made up of individual floor cassettes that simply drop into the lattice sub structure. The floor cassettes can house virtually any floor surface on top of 19mm  marine plywood The height of the platform can be up tp 2 metres high using one side frame.

Our Stage fabrication division can also manufacture concert staging to your particular specification and offers a full aluminium fabrication facility to the entertainments industry.
