Ra'alloy Ramps Ltd manufacture probably the only modular ramp system that truly be classed as 'modular'.

Just seven different components make up the system which can be re-configured to virtually size or shape by just adding or subtracting  modules.

The system is specifically designed for local authorities and in particular where Occupational Therapists are involved.

Modules can be purchased individually which makes them ideal to  build stock. When required at a home or workplace modules can then be simply drawn from stock, fitted, replaced in stock when finished and used at a later date and in a different configuration.

The system is also ideal for use with portable buildings at events or where hire is required. Again the units can be drawn from stock, used and then replaced making the most cost effective ramp solution available. 

Manufactured from lightweight aluminium the our modular ramp system can be easily installed by virtually anyone. The units also include our unique all weather anti slip floor which will not wear, however where a more decorative unit is required we can add wood.

Reconfiguration is simple as ramp sections can attach to any of the four platform sides. The platform handrail can also be attached to any of the four sides allowing full 90 degree turns or straight configurations.

Platforms can be made larger by placing two or more platform modules together, while adding a platform within the ramp itself can create a turning area or a rest area.

The ramp is fully height adjustable with the aid of tubular legs that can also take into account any uneven surfaces.

Usually our systems are designed to be at an angle of 1:12 however also available is a 1:15 angle depending on the clients preference.

All items can be stored flat and we can also supply dollies to assist movement.

The system is designed to withstand loads of 3.2kn per sq metre.
