With just 4 days notice we were asked by the Saatchi Gallery, a London art Museum to produce a ramp which could combine disabled access and as a loading ramp for some extremely rare and expensive art. With the opening of their new Museum at Sloane Square imminant it was a very important deadline.Once again we obliged and from our site visit to design, delivery and installation took just four days. Installation in fact only took just twenty minutes at which even our client was anmazed. The ramp is natural aluminium finish and blends well with some stainless steel existing handrail. The building is listed so we were at pains to ensure the ramp went in without damage to existing brickwork etc. The ramp actually rests onto the Tarmac floor and stairs with adjustable load spreaders on the bottom of the legs. The ramp has our all weather anti slip floor and For more information see our Disabled Access Systems here |
