Single Span Van Ramps

Ra`alloy single span van ramps are the UK's favoured ramp.

The aluminium ramp combines our unique, everlasting anti slip floor. The special extruded floor has ribs running across the ramp. We then machine serrate the tops of the ribs to give a definate all round anti slip quality.

Combining the floor with a safe working load of 750 kgs gives a totally safe van loading solution, whatever the weather.

All of Ra`alloy Van Ramps range taper to a point where the ramp meets the ground so as to not leave any step and offer a clean, smooth walkway with no tripping hazards.

Our van ramps can be used across flat ground, and up to any height between the ground and the recommended maximum working height.

Because of the design of the unique rest on super strong connection, our ramps do not require locating pegs to the van for safe use. Therefore our van ramps are ideal to use to unload the van and immediately position across steps and stairs to ease `get in ` In fact our Van Ramps can be used safely virtually anywhere.

This design ensures that the ramp has the same strength from end to end.

On any van ramp the point that meets the van is the weakest point and when in use is under a shear load.

We do not rely on a welded section that will probably break off under load. Our ramps are supported by the side sections which continue into the van and curve to meet the floor.

This adds massive strength and ensures that the joint is fully supported.
