Ra'alloy's brand new heavy duty Shipping Container Work Platforms.

These platforms are capable of withstanding loads of up to 2000 kgs while lightweight enough to be easily man-handled.

Manufactured from aluminium together with our unique anti slip floor the platforms leave a safe, super strong structure.

Our standard platform size is 280 cm wide  x 170 cm deep and 160 cm high.  This size offers plenty of room for an operator to move two standard Pallets onto the platform with a Pallet truck and then easily moved off the top by Fork Lift Truck.

Two ladders with anti slip stairtreads are standard so that the operator can access the platform from various sides. once accessed the ladder openings on the platform can be chained off.

Safety handrails simply slot into the top  of the platorm for more added security for the operator.

Between the Shipping Container and the platform is a hinged flap which bridges any gap between the container and the platform leaving a smooth run for the Pallet Truck.

 We can manufacture the platform as a solid fabrication or in a flat pack condition for easy transportation.

This standard system allows the loading table to offer a three way connection for the ramp which is our standard TS16 truck ramp.

We can manufacture the ramp to any size and with our unique rest on top the can also fit directy into the container detailed below left.

The portable system table size is 150 cm x 100 cm and has the capabilities to adjust in height from 160 cm maximum height 130 cm by a fine and course adjustment leg.
