Ra'alloy movable platforms can be easily moved by hand, no matter what the load on top. The aluminium sub structure is based around an aluminium, super strong lattice design, that can be completey covered with aluminium or ply or other materials to match the surrounding area. These platforms can be manufactured to virtually any size or shape and as the system is modular, can be extended or made smaller at any time.

The platform to the left carries a computer console which weighs approximately 500 kgs and controls the computers for the Eurofighter Typhoon Flight Simulator Trainer and allows the instructors to see exactly what the student 'Top Gun' pilot is doing as the platform levels the instructors.

The platform needs to be moved away from the Cockpit for maintenance reasons. This is simply carried out by winding down 4 Castors at each corner and lifting the platform. The platform is then pushed easily by hand.

Where cables pass through the platform and connect to other equipment we can attach a restrictor chain to restrict movement. The platform right has delicate fibre optic cables running from Console to Cockpit so therefore it only allows certain movement without physically disconnecting the chains for safety.

Many extras are available including removable handrails. On the platform above the handrail simply slots into sockets built into the structure and then secured by a lock bolt.

Stairways and ramps can be attached to the platform and these simply move with the platform.
