Safety is a prime concern so we offer a very cost effective lowering system where the driver does not have to be in the vehicle, and the display does not have to smash onto the ground.

These tiliting car display ramps look great illuminated and can be used inside or out without fear of rusting or rotting.

Our car showroon displays offer easy storage, and components on our delux units offer full flat pack capabilities. Simply take from stock assemble and display, or alternatively, our standard units are pre-fabricated and are lightweight and can easily be stored on top of each other by hand when not in use, again minimising storage space.

Sizes range from 2.5 metres long for motorcycle display to 4.5 metres long, although should you require a bespoke size, we can manufacture your auto display platform to your specification. All tilting car display stands are manufactured to a standard 700mm high

All auto displays offer fashionable aluminum truss style sides and either open type platform surfaces or fully enclosed with a Ra`alloy aluminum ramp floor which is a superb aluminium extrusion that is super strong and finishes the ramp leaving a car display that enhances the super machine on top.

All Ramps can be used inside or out and can be lowered with our system detailed on tab above.

Type 1 - Basic Trusscar	Sizes Available are 4.5 m, 3.5m and 2.5 metres long x 70 cm deep
	The Basic Trusscar Display Ramp offers a fully welded, shining aluminium structurewith an open type floor, that is strong, lightweight to handle and robust. Mainly manufactured from square sections, the rear leg folds flat when loading and can be loaded by purely driving and relying on over centre balance or for safety reasons use our Lowering System This product is for horizontal display only.
Type 2 -Standard Adjustable
	Next up from the basic is the 3 position Standard Adjustable. The same superb aesthetics with adjustable legs allows the car display to tilt backwards and forwands. We recommend the use of our Lowering System or your in house Jack to lower after loading. These car display stands are pre - fabricated
Type 3 - Solid Adjustable
	The Solid Adjustable Trusscar display offers a superb display system that combines the great aesthetics of the unique Ra'alloy solid aluminium floor detailed throughout this website combined with the shiny aluminium tubular framework, leaving the ultimate in display enhancement. This product is supplied in flat pack, easy assemble design. A lowering system should also be used on this product
Type 4 - Delux Showroom
	The ultimate in aesthetics, the Delux Car Display Stand offers a full insight into the world of fashionable aluminium trussing combined and trimmed with aluminium treadplate. The Ra`alloy solid floor also combines to make this a point of sale that enhances the display on top. All bases have rubber bonded to protect the floor. 	The Basic Components - A cross support bar and 2 adjustable sideJacks with a hinged support arm.
	Simply slot the hinged arms on the side jacks into the ends of the cross support bar, leaving approximately 25 mm of play between the top of the support bar and the display. This is to allow the user to recognise the over centre position as the car drives up.
	The Lowering system in place beneath a Delux Trusscar unit. Note the support bar across and the adjustable leg which is in the highest mode.
	Simply wind the adjusters to lower or raise the car display. Full Instructions are available with the unit

Technical Specifications

Aluminium Truss is immensley strong due to the fabricated nature of the triangular section.

By adding triangles into the design of our car displays, and combining coded welders who have manufactured trussing for some of the worlds biggest Concert Stages, makes our display systems stronger and far more fashionable and aesthetically pleasing than its nearest steel competitor.

The nature of aluminium trussing converts bending stresses into compression therefore maximising the support strength. To offer an indictation of the strength of our truss section can be seen in the Concert Stage below which is manufactured exclusively by Ra`alloy

Four columns of aluminium truss measuring just 250 mm square support the roof. The roof is loaded with sound system and lighting at platform level and when fully loaded, is raised up the four columns by winches at the top of each truss. The whole roof can weigh up to 4 tonnes when fully loaded and the length of the longest truss columns is 9 metres.

YOUR TRUSSCAR ONLY SPANS UP TO 4.5 METRES AND AT ITS THICKEST SECTION IS 700 MM DEEP
