Assembley of Ra'alloy Multi Section Removal Ramps is easy and quick.

• In the case of a hook on version detailed above simply open the fold down leg and lock back into position
• Slot the ramp pegs into the holes in the edge of the truck which are 13mm drilled holes (in the case of rest on and continuous hook detailed below they are connected to the truck as detailed below )
  
• Slot the bottom section in place and use

Rest on is a ramp that simply Rests onto the location and is locked into place by a buffer bar below, which stops the ramp moving forward and tie strap on the underside of the ramp to pull the ramp against the buffer bar therefore holding the ramp secure.

This system is benefits by being used on other vehicles or or for unloading containers when the container is raised on legs

Hook On the ramp is secured to the truck by drilling two 13 mm (1/2”) holes in the truck and locating the pegs on the ramp into the holes.

This type of ramp connection is used when the ramps stays with the truck and is faster to connect.

Another hook on method is used when the vehicle has a full length channel running along the connection area and we fit a full length hook section - this again depends on preference.

This type of fixing is great for new builds or where there is an existing side channel as it can be slotted at any position to line up with a gate or door.

All of the Ra'alloy Ramps range are manufactured within the tolerances set by load tested ramps.

The ramps were tested by an independant body 'Lloyds British Load Testing Ltd' who overloaded the ramps until they failed and then the ramps were certified to have a safe working load.

The detail left shows a Two Stage ramp under test with solid blocks of steel . By a divisible factor of 3 Lloyds determined the ramps to have a 750 kg safe working load

We offer two variations or Container Loading Table or Pallet Loading Table, One has an adjustable leg wich supprots the outside of the table and lugs that fit into 13 mm holes drilled into the edge of the truck (see picture far left) and a second option which has support channels welded to the undersdie ( see Pickfords truck far right. This channels are slotted over pull out support bars built into the truck body usually at truck body manufacture stage.

Both options are super quick to deploy and simple to fit Standard Size is 1oo cm x 150 cm long
