The ramps are simple and quick to assemble as the top ramp section has a fold down support leg when the ramp is in use. the lower section simply slots into place and is also supported by the leg .

They are ideal to use when an extra long ramp is required for low ground clearance machines, such as Industrial Cleaning Machines or Extra Long Flight Cases are to be loaded.

Our everlasting anti slip floor offers full traction footing, whatever the weather and is guaranteed to remain that way for life.

Where the ramp meets the ground the ramp tapers, therefore not leaving a step at the bottom and leaves smooth run without tripping or wheel locking hazards.

The multi stage van ramps are manufactured with two standard, ramp to van connection methods, either hook on or rest on. However should you have a preferred connection method, we can include this at manufacture stage.

These multi stage van ramps offer a standard 750 kgs safe working load although heavier specifications are available. Ramps are tested by Lloyds British load testing to 3 times the safe working load that we assign.

Our multi stage van ramps are simple to use..Connect the top section to the van and unfold the leg, which is held in place by a spring lock. Once in place connect the bottom section of the ramp into the support ramp..

Technical Info

 Fixing - Rest On or Hook On

Rest on is a ramp that rests onto the location prevented moving forward by a buffer bar which pushes against the bumper. A strap can then be secured on the underside of the ramp to pull the ramp against the van and holds the ramp secure.

Hook On the ramp is secured to the truck by drilling two 13 mm (1/2”) holes in the truck and locating the pegs on the ramp into the holes.

 

Easy Steps To Decide The Optimum Ramp For Your Application

  • Decide whether you want a `Rest On` or `Hook On` connection Van Ramp
  • Measure the height from ground to floor of your van.
  • Compare the height to the table below to see if there is a ramp length and width to suit
  • If yes make sure that you consider storage space for the ramp
  • If there is not a size to suit decide your best length and width and the maximum section size and tell us
  • We do not charge premiums for special ramps, we charge for the surface area only
  • Check the width is OK for your goods
